There’s a ton of information out there on how to avoid or alleviate neck and back stiffness, but they never give you the whole story, do they?
You’ve tried everything the first page of Google has to offer you— from stretches to exercises to posture-correcting chairs. You’re at a point where you feel like your body has given up on you or that you are just “getting old”. You might even feel that you can’t try new activities out of the fear that you’ll only end up hurting yourself.
And I’m gonna be honest…
I could teach you what exercises to do, how to sit on a chair, or even how to walk, but that’s not going to change anything.
Because teaching you that won’t give you the reason why.
The knowledge of why is what allows you to translate the strength from your exercises, the position in your chair, and what you pay attention to as you walk, into your everyday life.
With that knowledge, you can care for your body at any point during the day, not just when you stop to do “corrective exercises”.
Knowing the why is what empowers people to take care of themselves instead of always relying on other professionals to help them.
Welcome to Koa Fit’s Spine Course!
Where you can learn about why
Don’t worry, it’s not some big hidden secret. In fact, it’s a pretty simple roadmap about the spine— what it does, how it moves, and how you can take better care of it!
In the program, you gain access to lessons that include:
- The anatomy and evolution of the spine (broken down into easy to learn and to remember lessons so you don’t have to depend on an internet search for your information).
- Exercises AND the reasons you should do them so that you can pick and choose what your body needs the most.
- Expert advice from experienced, medical professionals saving you time and money.
Not only do you learn more about your body’s center of movement (yes, I’m talking about the spine), you will have a broader understanding of how the different parts of your body interact with each other, thus leading to more awareness of all your movements.
This isn’t a one-off trick to ease discomfort. This is life-changing, awareness-broadening, perspective-altering knowledge about YOU and YOUR BODY.
We’re here to teach you how to take care of your spine for life-long health.
In the Spine Course, you also gain access to:

I’m not a medical or fitness professional, will this still be valuable to me?
“Hard to find fault with excellence. Having recently completed 6.5 months of rehab for a L5 pinched nerve with a terrific physical therapist, it's (the spine course) a great "tool" to have available for follow-through maintenance. Now that I'm on my own, I will be incorporating your program, or at least a good portion of it, daily.” - P.R.
“As someone with long-standing SI Joint and knee issues, I’ve done chiropractic care, yoga, core strengthening, physical therapy and have bookmarked many links to videos of various sorts of stretches and self adjustments, but I never really had a clear picture of my physiology to help explain the underlying problem. The daily exercises and mini-lectures took the pieces of everything I have been doing and made them click into place. The spine course gave me exercises, incentives, and tools to take better care of my spine and I have a new understanding of the big picture goals for maintaining mobility, as well as, the ways in which all the details make a difference.” -S.D.
